Compact and versatile friendly use and tooling sectioning machine, planned to optimally cut ER collects and shaft clamping elements. The main features of this sectioning machine are the automatic vertical movement grinding-wheel arm and the automatic longitudinal and turning ones of the turning table. The vertical movement grinding-wheel arm is assembled on linear guides and allows a high rigidity and precision during the cutting. 

The collets and the shaft clamping elements are locked in rapid and easy way on a turning table which allows to make in automatic the cut on the single specimen or on more specimens in one working cycle. The specimen, once cut, is free of burrs and burns, going through any quality tests processes.

  • 8mm thickness Iron frame welded, stabilized, sand-blasted, then worked to have a perfect axles squareness.

  • Air system for the spindle cooling and the separation of the coolant in the rotation area of the front spindle bearings.

  • TGA300: 300mm diameter automatic turning table with M10 T-slots and clamps.
  • Color touch screen CNC 10” with 100 programs memory, time to change the format 5 seconds.

  • Spindle grease lubrication. 
  • Panel control with low voltage.
  • Safety systems according to CE rules.
  • Manual emergency push-button.
  • Automatic wheel diameter control with pneumatic transducer.

  • Plexiglass cover guard mounted on hardened and chromated shafts with automatic vertical movement complete of plexiglass window for internal view and security sensor with technology RFID Safety.
  • Automatic movement for plexiglass cover guard climb and descent, mounted on tempered and chromated shafts.
  • Interlocked safety micro-switch for plexiglass cover guard, with openings only when the movements are stopped.
  • Cooling system by a closed-cycle electric pump with three-way valve for internal washing machine.
  • Fitted to connect to a steam aspirator. 
  • Support machine with wheels and adjustable feet for ATF 80 housing.
  • ATF 80, 80l auxiliary stainless-steel tank with settling, pump and vertical stainless-steel filter. All removable from the front with wheels.
